Got Questions?
Whether you're curious about the bespoke process, visiting the showroom or after-care, we've answered some of the questions we're asked most often.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes, the showroom is only open by appointment. Rather than a busy retail environment, we wanted to create a space where you could take your time, explore the collection and chat through ideas in a relaxed setting. Your appointment is dedicated entirely to you, so you'll have undivided attention whether you're choosing a ready-to-wear piece or beginning a bespoke project.
Can I buy your jewellery online?
I’ve seen a piece I love. Could you reserve it for me?
What’s the difference between the Fun and Fine ranges in the Ready-to-Wear collection?
What types of components do you sell?
We build interactive Framer components — carousels, accordions, loaders, navigation bars, cursor effects, and more. Every component is built for the marketplace with full property controls so you can customise it directly in Framer without touching code.
Do the components work with any Framer template?
Can I customise the colours and typography to match my brand?
Do I get updates if you improve a component?
What does your custom website process look like?
We start with a strategy call to understand your goals, audience, and brand. From there we move into design, build the site in Framer, and hand it over with a full walkthrough so you can manage content independently from day one.
Why do you build in Framer instead of Webflow or WordPress?
How long does a custom website project take?
What happens after the site launches?
